>> I just want to show the mother's love here.
My son Firdaus (12) took this picture when I was at work. So, technically it was not a perfect shot.
Here the EXIF data:
# Exposure Time= 1/40 second = 0.02500 second
# Lens F-Number/F-Stop = F5.60
# Exposure Program = aperture priority (3)
# ISO Speed Ratings = 800
# Original Date/Time = 2008:01:09 16:59:40
# Exposure Bias (EV) = 6/3 = 2.00
# Metering Mode = pattern / multi-segment (5)
# Flash = Flash fired, compulsory flash mode
I left the camera setting at EV +2 (was shooting a back lighting birds the day before). With added flash sure the picture is OVER exposed. With the shutter speed of 1/40, camera shake (with 400mm + 1.4x extender), sure the outcome is not sharp. BTW, he was using MF.
Managed to save it a bit with Adobe CS2.
I just like the action of mother and her baby.

You son have captured moments of the movement. You will try your best to rescue picture like this. I know the feeling when something like this happens.
Very well timed shot with little sacrifice on the image potential. I like it and well done to son and daddy.
p/s: The ws I did just for the fun of it.
