What a unique lens Jusni. I had no such thing during all of my days with Nikon cameras...I feel somewhat the same as per spiders in my wilderness cabin..now gone of course due to it's sale:-)...but we slept within 50 feet of a black widow for weeks before I noticed it was a bit mad at me for tightening the pipes to my washing machine...then I saw it...I painted it:-) Seriously..I took a can of spray paint...it works..They slow down real quick until they almost numb out, then I bag it and toss it over the hillside into the ravine...I am certain they lived.we did same in the city in California...and they lived..well most of them but some a shorter life..and our lives were much better quality AS IS your image which is the point!

Jumping Spiders are my favourites, Jusni. They look back at you with curious eyes while you are taking a picture.
This one too has good expressive eyes which you have captured well in this picture.
I know how small these spiders are, so it is a very good macro.
Thanks and wish you a Happy New Year!

Hello Jusni !
Sorry for ID, but I can't help you - I know close to nothing about spiders ! :-) But it's indeed a beautiful one you ave captured here, I like her big eyes looking directly at you. The picture is nicely composed, with vivid colors. It looks a bit like our jumping spiders, so I guess it was a small one, must have been hard to capture. Very well done !

Very nice sharp capture of the black jumping spider showing the web threads on the green leaf backdrop and a dark BG.
Surely I have never thought of shooting a spider around the house, although I have caught a big one at the village outing.
Looks like this marco lens is fit for this purpose but I understand it is DX and not FX-suitable.

Great closeup of this jumping spider. I love these spiders but they are so hard to shoot. Never sit stil and always on the lookout with those big eyes. Perfect DOF with the whole spider in focus.

A very nice image, you've managed to catch the little spider in a good pose, nice sharp details and good color. The large eyes do suggest a jumping spider of some kind.

You have pictured a very attractive specimen with nice colouration. Once more I like great DOF and sharpness of all image. Its diagonal composition also is very impressive. Superb close-up. My compliments.
