Orange Breasted Trogon (Female)

Taken last weekend in the hills this one was hungry and did not bother too much about my presence. Trogons are shy quiet birds and sit rather still until they get hungry!

This one came within my MFD and fortunately I had my extension tube on otherwise this shot would not have materialised.

I feel it could have a tad more contrast or color accentuation

Great captured Phill!.

The light is ON all night at that Japanese Garden, this attract insect like this, which attract the super friendly Trogon.
