As a layman, before getting into TN, honestly i dont really care about much things on nature, what more with such hills in locality that could be seen daily.
But upon reading and having trekking for appreciation for nature I felt quite differently towards natural environment.
Just like this limestone hill it is such a great thing about it as referred below.

Kodiang is very rich in limestone hills. A lot of beautiful limestones hills cropped out in the middle of padi fields.
In Kedah, the Langkawi islands have been listed as a Geopark . Langkawi is now the world's 52nd Geopark and the first in Southeast Asia, following its listing in the UNESCO Global Network of Geoparks on June 1 2007. However in July 2008 it was announced that the name "Langkawi, the Jewel of Kedah" would replace "Langkawi Geopark".

Here is the vegetation grown quite beautiful with almost dried swamp area. When the rain comes it will be rich with water aagaian.
The foreground plants are Water Spinach or Hollow Spinach and cattails. Water Spinach or Hollow Spinach flower with purplish colours.

Conodonts are reported for the first time from the Kodiang Limestone exposed at Bukit Kepelu and Bukit Mulong, Kedah, Peninsular Malaysia. The fauna from Bukit Kepelu includes species of Epigondolella which document the presence of Lower and Middle Norian strata, previously unrecognised in the Kodiang Limestone. Faunas from Bukit Mulong include species representative of, and which span the boundary between, the Upper Carnian Metapolygnathus polygnathiformis and Metapolygnathus nodosa zones. The reported faunas correlate well with similar Carnian and Norian faunas from the Chuping Limestone of Perlis, Peninsular Malaysia and limestones exposed in the Lake Toba area and in Sungei Kalue, North Sumatra.

Hi Foozi,
Magnificent landscape.Well caught, framed and composed.POV,sharpness and colors are also perfect.Have a nice sunday!
Thanks for posting..

Warm Salams dear Foozi,
Hope you'll be doing fine. I kept missing this photo for so long. I actually had written all my comments to this very wonderful photo of the limestone hill when before posting, I lost everything to power failure....I sat gnashing my teeth because power is restored after an hour. We are suffering a lot at the hands of electricity load-shedding and usually there is no light for hours...poor LDC, this is what Pakistan has turned into at last. Sorry for the digression but I am glad you went closer to this hill and photographed it from a close range, actually by standing at its foot . I had requested you to photograph it but whether you did it for me or went there on your own, carries little value because what matters most is this wonderful photo of the place which you have shared with us. I think the flowers that are growing there are a species of morning glory (Convolvulaceae) either Argyreia sericea or Ipomoea cairica spmething like this , they look lovely there.
Thanks a lot for sharing a superb shot, really enjoyed it and consider it worthwhile to visit all these photos that you are sharing of your country, beautiful place....take care..warmest regards/Abid

Hello Foozi,
a splendid landscape, a very good low POV showing perfectly this interesting limestone hill, a very good sharpness and marvellous colours well saturated, a very pleasing composition with the beautiful flowers on the FG.
Best regards

Salam akhi Foozi
another great landscape shot of beautiful Limestone Hill in Kodiang. POV, composition and natural colors great. you nicely presented this beautiful shot with good informative notes.
It also looks very beautiful with pinky flowers in front. I think them belongs to the family Convulvulaceae.
thanks for sharing, have a nice week akhi.

Hello Foozi
another great landscape, this limestone hill is captured from a wonderful POV
i love the whole composition with the nice flowers in the FG and the rocks in the BG but also the blue sky
details and colors are very beautifyul
Have a good night

Hi Foozi,

The trees are framing well the hill. The point of view is taking my eyes toward the hill which is giving depth to the composition. The morning light is enhancing the colors. have a nice day.

Salam Foozi.

It is very nice of to to feature my childhood playground. I spent hours every week at the foot of this hill every week during my much younger days. You made fine capture of this rock with water spinach in the foreground. Excellent framing in SWA to capture the whole rock in this shot.

Thanks for sharing and best regards.
