Hope you are doing fine and the family is well. I wish you a happy new year too. I am sorry that my visits to your pages were seldom and this is because I am very busy running fa heavy college as a principal. However, I do admire you for all your efforts and the marvellous photos you post here with accurate notes, it is a great merit.
This is an amazing shot of this collared kingfisher which for me is a new species as we have other ones here. It is wonderful indeed. The reflection of water in the background and the exquisite contrasting colours of the bird in the foreground.....very nice.
