White-Throated Kingfisher, wish I could back off a bit to allow more space in the composition. But I am not complaining :)

Hi Ken,

Again an amazing shot from you... It's splendid in all aspects. Colors, POV, DOF, composition, BG all are great. An outstanding job.

Well Done & TFS.

A successful capture at a right moment. Everything necessary exists for a ducumentary photograph and the colours and sharpness are nice. Congratulations.

Wow, very good shot and wonderful colour

Wow Ken! This is an amazing capture! Great detail, perfect DOF, and just an excellent photo op altogether!

OOOhh LUNCH! Now i really like this picture alot because there's so much to it than just the bird itself. The fact that its holding on to its food makes the picture so much more interesting. Good colors, framing and sharpness. :)I think your composition is nice, no need to back off so much.

Excellent shot, Ken!
Details colours & composition are great!

Superb picture of this lovely kingfisher with the fish in its beak, Ken. The name "Kingfisher" is fully justified here!
The image is perfect from every point of view -- POV, DOF, sharpness, clarity and colours.
Thanks for sharing this picture.

Hi Ken,

Very sharp and impressing photo. The colors are superb and the pose is first class. My compliments!

Hi Ken,
What a stunning shot. Such great moment captured. The technical aspect of this photo are superb. Sharpness and colors are awesome, the OOF BG helps to bring out all details of the bird and fish perfectly. Love the reflection in the eye, which I believe shows the shelter you are in.
