This is really a magnificent capture of Modi Khola, Geoff.
The light in this image plays a vital role. It creates beautiful contrasts and gives the bend in the river a three-dimensional appearance.
The picture is crisp, sharp and colourful.
The rocks in the foreground are the best part in the entire composition, IMO.

Really wonderful view of this rushing stream in beautiful light. Very good depth of focus and I like your point of view. I really like the way you've used a fast shutter speed which emphasizes the movement of the water instead of making it look like froth! Beautiful wet stones too.

Hello Jeff,
I like the composition and lighting in this shot. Fine variation of light and shade and the water in this is as sharp as it ought to be, its milkiness due to melting glaciers shown well in different shades of colour and the rocks are beautifully arranged in this shot.
