I didn't know what to expect when I opened your image Victor. It is a surprisingly charming image. I like the subject, and the shapes and composition. The colors, exposure and sharpness are good too. I love the out of focus background.

Greater DOF might have gotten them all in better focus. I love the composition though, and the title. Man, that is some rugged trail!
Lookink at the thumbnail, I thought you posted your pic on the wrong site. I aggree with Evelynn. Nice surprise when clicking it open.
I like the DOF as it is. Doing the DOF larger is reducing the speed. But the first ant has a slight motion blur. The speed can't be reduced more. you choosed the right F-stop/speed combo.
One other way for more DOF is more ISO. Less quality then. Here as well you did the good choice. Less quality would have been a shame.
