Its a bit hard to offer an ID based on this frontal POV,buyt its most l;ikely a species we don't have here anway.
Still,an excellent macro.

Hello Al,
What kind of alien is that?
That is a very unique presentation of a fly.
The details on the head are amazingly sharp.
I like the greens and reds in the eyes.
The white bands make it seem as though there is a light source coming from inside the beast.
A fun and interesting macro!
