That is nice picture taken from interesting point of view. The fungies are rather sharp and the picture has natural colours. Maybe this one hut of the mushroom in front of the picture is too bright.
Also that's the pity that you didn't add any longer note of this mushroom.
It is the colony of Armillaria mellea, rather tasty mushroom that likes to grow on the old trunks of the trees. It can occur as well on the ground and on the trunks of living trees (as in your case).
