Still busy trying to catch up on my long overdue backlog so I am still visiting some of your earlier postings to deliver a couple of well deserved smiley’s.
This is a lovely inflorescence of Vanda coerulea. Its natural distribution is India, Burma and Thailand where it grows on oaks and stunted trees in exposed situations. Which tells you that this beauty needs lots of light to flower.
The green BG enhances the flower very well and the colours are stunning. Maybe it is a little soft on details though. You handled the lighting very well and prevented OE on this slightly coloured orchid. Its waxy surface easily bounce back any light.
Well done and TFS.
