[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The Common Nawab (Polyura athamas) is a species of fast-flying canopy butterfly found in tropical Asia. It belongs to the Charaxinae (Rajahs and Nawabs) in the brush-footed butterfly family (Nymphalidae).
I was lucky to find extracting minerals from an animal faeces. They have a winspan of around 80mm and are found in mosit forests through most of south-east Asia and India. Got this from Doi Phahom Pok National Park near Fang in northern Thailand.
