Excellent sharpness, detail and flash exposure control. Love the water droplets. Good demo of the name. TFS

Hi Jitty,
This is a very clear and sharp image!
I like so much the excellent details got, the "eyes" on the wings and their color and texture, are so good ones.
The drops on the leaf adds an interesting extra element to the composition.
The fill flash worked pretty good here.
Congratulations and thanks for share it with us.
My best regards,

Hello Jitti,
Early morning is often a good time to catch a butterfly while it is still warming up. I love your shot, excellent sharpness and soft colours which stand out from the dark background. The water droplets make a lovely pattern on the leaf. Very fine composition.
TFS and regards, Ulla

Hello jitti,
Another fine sharp presentation of ypthima, the flash giving good exposure and detail without having too much 'night time' feeling. The droplets of dew are a fine touch in this composition.
TFS and best wishes, Ivan

Ypthima is not a common species, JC.
I had shot a butterfly last year in the hills of India which I thought was a Ypthima. However, it was different in color than the one you have shot in Thailand this morning. It is the arrangment of rings that determines the ID, I suppose.
Very good capture from the side. The texture and color of wings with those attractive rings on them is very attractive.
TFS and take care.
