Sorry I can not help with the ID, but I will delve into my resources and see if I can come up with something for you.
You are definitively getting better at this macro business. Your flash control was very good. Just a small pity that a part of the body and the antennae disappears against the black BG.
The composition is great, colours are very nice, DOF is good, and exposure was very well managed.
