Une vue d'un merle vantard (Turdus plumbeus shistaceus) de l'ordre des Passériformes et de la famille des Muscapidés qui a un insecte dans son bec. La photo a été prise lors d'une vacance à Cuba. Je remercie Steve Pryor qui m'a aidé à identifier l'oiseau.

A view of a Red legged trush (Turdus plumbeus shistaceus)of the the Passeriformes order and of the Turdidae family which has an insect in his beek. The photo was taken during a holiday in Cuba. I am thanking Steve ^Pryor who helped me to identify the bird.

You do get around Pierre...I am intrigued by your travels which have included especially Cuba....almost as if you were in the what we call the US...DOS worker,....but none the bless well traveled and works well enjoyed!

Je crois que c'est la première fois que je vois cet oiseau. J'aime beaucoup le contour de son oeil rouge. Tu as capté de bons détails dans une bonne exposition. La ligne verte en background est quelque peu dérangeante mais on ne fait pas toujours ce que l'on veut avec les animaux :)

Hi Pierre,
sharp and clear shot of this bird. I like attracted to the red eyes and red feet. Excellent composition in lovely challenging intricating branch to make it beautiful.
