[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
A few kilometers south of Tortuguero National Park on the Suerte river, I stumbled onto this palm tree with bats sound asleep. Absence of caves or barns to spend the daylight hours, they have become adapted to arboreal sleeping quarters.

Hi Michael,i never seen nothing like that,it's very curious to see the bats sleep in this way and on the tree. A difficult light,so the bats are a bit dark,but a very useful and unique post,i like it! Have a nice week and thanks,Luciano
