Salut
Se pare ca te-ai bucurat din plin de zapada in Austria. Fainca de obicei, clara, ai prins chiar ceva reflectii in apa paraului. Pacat ca cerul nu era mai colorat, poate alta data.
Toate cele bune,
Oana

Hi Horia,
Good to see your post with the 10-20, I'm willing to see more of your work with this lense.
So many things to look at in this photo, I like the curves of the snowy surface at the first plane, the reflections on the water and the way lines vanish to the back.
Great pic and thanks a lot for share it,
JM

Hi Horia,
This is the kind of scene I miss living here! A beautiful winter landscape with the snow, the stony brook, the mountain peeks and the wonderful sky. Marvelous colors and a superb vertical composition.

Hello Horia,
This landscape looks like some areas from Valais I come from.. I like the low point of view you have chosen showing in the front the round stones of the river. Very fine view on the snow-covered mountains in the back.
Kind regards
Anne

Hello Horia,
A fantastic composition showing this cold but beautiful landscape. I like the low POV, the great depth, the sharp details and the beautiful colours. Very well done!!
Many thanks and cheers, Ulla

Dear Horia,
Having been away for three weeks, I had to make a choice among the beautiful images in your portfolio.
I chose this particular work, because I like very much the upwards view. Did you take this shot kneeling down? It reminds me of fish-eye views...
There are special items in every one of the five layers:
The COLD grey stones in the foreground with a few rays of sun
The snow looking rough, due to previous rain
A bit of sun reflecting in the water
The layer of mountain slopes without snow at lower altitudes
A glorious wintersky, sprinkled with clouds
Beautiful work, Horia!
I think, a less heavy font for your copyright would improve the overall impression.
Have a nice evening
Kind regards
Ingrid

Hi Horia,
Be very careful when using a CP for this lens. When you use it in the landscape mode you could end up with an uneven colored sky. Just don't close it all the way and rather use a grad ND filter when it is possible. The use of the lens in this shot is great and gives that idea of grandness. The FG is perfectly chose and really does bring the eye to rest in the photo. The reflected light of the water and snow adds a nice warm touch to the photo. The only less beautiful thing is the obvious road. But with your low POV you did make the best of it.
TFS,
Niek
