Lasiommata megera.
Papillon de la Famille des Nymphalidae
Nom vernaculaire : La Mégère (pour la femelle); Le Satyre (pour le mâle).
Taille : LAA = 22 à 28 mm.
Habitat : Bois épars, lisières à proximité de coupes forestières. Affectionne les sites rocailleux. De 0 à 1700 m au maximum.
Période de vol : début Avril à fin octobre en 2 ou 3 générations (1 en montagne).
Plantes hôtes : Poacées (Festuca, Brachypodium, Poa ..). Hiverne à l'état larvaire.
Répartition : Répandu et partout abondant.
Statut : Espèce très commune. |
