[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
here are three of the babies of yesterday's boar.

from wikipedia:

Wild boars live in groups called sounders. Sounders typically contain around 20 animals, but groups of over 50 have been seen. In a typical sounder there are two or three sows and their offspring; adult males are not part of the sounder outside of a breeding cycle, two to three per year, and are usually found alone. Birth, called farrowing, usually occurs in a secluded area away from the sounder; a litter will typically contain 4-6 piglets.[1](p. 6)

If surprised or cornered, a boar (and particularly a sow with her piglets) can and will defend itself and its young vigorously. The male lowers its head, charges, and then slashes upward with its tusks. The female, which is tuskless, charges with its head up, mouth wide, and bites. Such attacks are rarely fatal to humans, but severe trauma and blood loss can easily result.

Hi Caroline. Shame they have to grow up. they look so cute like this. good detail in the hair on the body. you have captured the markings well. they are more interested in food than you. good colour. well done TFS. good notes too.

preso direzioni opposte.
Un cordiale saluto Pierdamiano

Hi Caroline, this is a very nice shot of thes cute little Boars. The Boars are very clear and nice and sharp showing good detail in their markings. Good focus and light. Great shot all round.

Hi Caro
lovely compo with perfect exposure, no eye contact though

Good one! Years ago I saw wild boars going after a dog, that the owner let roam free in the woods. They are truly formidable - and the dog ran as fast as probably never before! ;)
Well done! Cheers, Klaus

the background works well with your picture. There are many mixed patterns which give the eye something to do rather than just stare...and it affects the mind. Very cool.

Hi Caroline,
very cute indeed, their markings are beautiful and i like your composition with them lined up in a row. They won't stay like that for long...

Hi Caroline

These are so cute! Lovely image with all three in a line. Fine sharp details captured

These are cute little fellows despite their unsavory reputation. I guess most babies are cute. I'm surprised ou were able to get this close. Exposure and sharpness look good to me.
