[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
It's hard work for the Leaf-cutter Bee (Megachile sp.) to reach the pollen and nectar of sweet peas. Yet it is worth the effort, as many other bees are unable to do it. This means it is a protected resource available only to the Megachile.

hello Philippe
it is very difficult for me to chose which one is good bee or flower? this is beautiful in combination of both. very decent colour of the flower with great back ground colour and without the bee it is incomplete.
very nice picture, i like it.
best wishes,

Bonjour Philippe,
Une image intéressante et qui le devient encore plus si on lit ta note. J'ai en effet vu très rarement des abeilles sur les fleurs de pois. J'en connais maintenant la cause.
Un grand merci!
