What a colorful and cheerful picture, Georgie! It really conveys the feeling of summer:) What's more - the sharpness and clearity of details is great. Very well done!

Hi Georgie.
Excellent colorful capture.I like POV giving a very nice angle on the subject.Very good DOF,fine sharp details and out of focus BG is very acceptable.Colours is really beautiful.Good work!Be missing note,it is a pity.
Greetings Milos.

Beautiful shot Georgie.
Very clear indeed and very nicely composed.
Great work.

Georgie , very nice shot, good coloures and POV.

Hi Georgie.

Such a good photo should have a note at least to tell us how it is been taken. An unusual POV flower covering the bottom, nice and sharp details on the subject, good lightning management but saturation is a little bit overused I suppose, it disturbs the naturality of the image.

Well Done & TFS.

Fantastic, beautifull photo, colors and composition

A nice photograph of this fritillary. My best "guesstimate" is Mellicta athalia, the Heath Fritillary, but these Mellicta species are difficult to separate, especially with only one view. Maybe someone can correct me? Good sharpness and very colourful, but I think the colour saturation is a little overdone? Please add a note - in any language ;)
Regards, Nigel

Hello Georgie,
beautiful view of this fritillary. I came to the same conclusion as Merlin that this could be Mellicta athalia. But this cannot be said with certainty. Nevertheless, sharpness, colours and composition are pretty good.
Best wishes, Peter

Beautiful image of this pretty butterfly Peter has identified for you.
Great POV, DOF, colours and composition.

Прекрасно макро, Georgie :)
Харесва ми яркостта на цветовете, комбинацията от жълто и зелено, доброто разположение. Отлична работа :)

I know it is difficult to get better DOF with a compact machine but I'd prefer.
Excellent details and sharpness.

Very nice picture. Good composed, nice colours. Unfortunatelly there are no note ;-)

What a lovely colorful scene. Great composition, no further crop is required. Well done.
