Great close-up! Very strong dynamic composition. It is a little funyn because the diagonal gives such a sense of movement while the caterpillar probably moves very slowly! The colours and limited DOF are also very good. I might have cropped a tiny bit lower on the top to eliminate the extra idea in the background...although the dark top is almost a border.

I adore these swallowtail caterpillars, they make great subjects and you've managed to capture this one perfectly. Great PoV and DoF to give us sharp details of its body and wonderful blurred background. Great composition, too.
