Nice shot of this big dragonfly Jan.
I like the composition and soft color tones in the BG very much, but it seems that the image is a little under exposed.and therefore not showing possible details.
The image also gould use a little more sharpness, color saturation and contrast.
I did rework your image in photoshop.
