This is a splendid shot and composition showing the circle of life :) Nature always regenegates...if we give it a little time.

The details and POV here are terrific and the DOF is outstanding, blurring the BG well and isolating your subject.
The natural colors are also wonderful and well saturated and the exposure is spot-on.

Hi Libor.
Your pictures as this one are surprising and really amazing. This shot by its beautifulness, skillfulness and expressiveness is practically outstanding. Fantastically wonderful light and colours, terrific clearness and transparency of the image, perfect separation of main subject from BG and so on. I wish you a bit more contacts with other members. Líbí se mi motiv i zpracování.Mladý stromek na velmi starém pařezu-dobrý nápad.Velmi pěkná kompozice,pěkný detaily i barvy.Dobře oddělené od pozadí.Dobrá práce.
