Even a sparrow has grace and beauty of its own in flight, Dan.
This is a very good capture with pretty sharp focus on the mid region. I think is is some dragonfly the bird has in its beak.

In-flight bird photos are always impressive and this one is outstanding. Excellent sharpness thanks to the fast shutter speed. The exposure is excellent and you captured the nice rich brown colors. The (dragonfly?) in beak is a bonus. Nice composition.
