Hi Tom,
Although we aren't neighbours today, we again post at the same time. :) Fantastic pic of the Ural Owl, great pose and eye-contact, sharpness is second to none while colors are simply great. Nice job MF. A pity there are oof green spots (leaves?) near the owl's feet though.

Congrats on this Owl portrait.
Focus, depth of field, overall lighting, contrast, atmosphere and so forth...it's all nicely done. We should also address the subject the 'dangerous' owl which is a beauty.
