|This couple of gulls decided, one day, to build a nest on the top of this tree, on Seurasaari island. They were not to far from the sea but it was curious to see these birds there.|
The place seems to be a good idea but in fact, as you will see in my next photographs, the idea was a very bad one.
In addition to the informations, I have used an extender Canon EF.

I like this shot of a pair of Common Gulls Larus canus very much. The dark background and motion blur of the wingtips adds to the picture - shame about the wingtip, though.
Very cool shot! Its like a photo montage. Points for the "bird expressions", highlight rendition and motion capture. Thanks for sharing!
This photo is very good because the exposure handles dark BG and white parts very well. Besides that, details are very sharp and both poses very attractive. Just regret the cut wing's end. This is a Common Gull (Larus Canus). They migrate from Northern Europa, so we'll have them this winter :-). Awaiting the next photos about the nest.

J'ai bien hate de voir la suite. Le Bg Très foncé fait bien ressortir les sujets et la netteté est bonne.
Félicitations et merci pour l'envoie.
