I am sincerely sorry for my error, it is not an imperial eagle but of royal Milan (Milvus milvus) or of black Milan (Milvus migrans) I am not certain Nor of one or other. I thank all the people who one reacted following my confusion.

Nice flight shot my friend but I think that this birs it is not Imperial eagle . it seem to be Black kite ( Milvus migrans ) beacause this bird is medium size with slightly forked tail

This bird no is Imperial eagle, this is a black kite (milvus migrans)
