Thank you so much my dear friend! ... This is a big surprise for me! Is a beautiful Damselfly, captured in a very particular and eloquent POV. I like the light level and the contrast, it must have been hard to find, but you've managed very well all environnment conditions and made a nice macro! Ahhhhh.... ¡The BG is very clean, homogeneous and deep! You have learned to manage well the noise filtering tools! ... bravooooo! :) ... congratulations!

This is beautiful macro. The dark colour of this Banded Damselfly shows beautifully against the greenery as backdrop. This is a super sharp image with details well focused and clearly seen. The very large black rounded eyes are a lovely asset to this specimen. I also like the familiar and classic rear in the air pose. A well worthy dedication to Jesus. Thanks for sharing. Best regards.

Salut Brigitte,hier j'ai fait une vrai guerre avec ces maudites demoiselles en cherchant de faire des belles photos...mais sans un resultat suffisant.Pour ca je suis etonne' de la beaute' de ta photo,tu es alle' tres proche,details magnifiques mais sourtout la perfection de ce bleu metallique toujours difficile...mes plus gros compliments et bonne nuit si tu es encore la'...Luciano.

Excellent macro shot with great sharpness and colors. The noise reduction procedure was successful, there's very-very few noise left, but it's sometimes unavoidable with Neat Image free demo version. A great image overall, congrats and tfs - above all, a wonderful dedication to our friend Jesús, the master of damselflies. :)

Any news with Val and her baby? Sorry for the question, but Your daughter's in an inactive period now on TN, and I'de like to know if everything's OK.

Well captured, well composed, good focus, very excellent tone/sharpness and a artistic macro photograph!
You're capturing well this blue dragonfly sitting a curved leaf by sensitive touch. Especially, It's beautiful just the art and body/eye is brilliant. And, it harmonizes well on the contrast between this front object and the background with blurred image.

Such a lovely image you have posted of this very colorful damselfly. We have one here in Ohio called the Ebony Jewelwing which looks very similar to this one. Excellent detail and gorgeous natural colors shown with just the right exposure. Well done!!
