An interesting photo but does need some notes. It would be nice to know were it was found and type of habitat. It does look like Tremella mesenterica although a little old.

A nice subject, it seems beautiful but I cant see it very well. Maybe a closer view and some postprocesing could give some more detail. Thanks for posting.
