|Larus Ridibunda (?)|
I am not so sure about this one because of the black head... (crowned somthing ? black headed gull ? I really don't know) In any case, it is living with other gulls of the Larus Ridibunda family (white head)

Yes, it's Larus ridibundus in partial breeding plumage. the white leading edge/black trailing edge to the wing is diagnostic. This is a very nicely taken photograph - a little noisy (ISO rating is not given, but I guess it's high) but I accept the noise here as a trade-of for the sense of movement given by the slightly low shutter speed and good panning, exposure and focus.

Considering especially the completely black bill I think you've got quite a good shot of what might be the Larus philadelphia - a visitor to Western Europe; perhaps you got pictures from other positions too to compelement id? Check out this site for further id details: http://www.birdguides.com/html/vidlib/species/Larus_philadelphia.htm#id,
Beautiful inflight capture Pascal with sharp detail and well exposed. It has a wonderful POV and angled composition. I did a workshop to try & improve this great shot. Well done.
