I do not like that much close-up, I prefer seeing the whole insect, but I have to say this one is very impressive. Excellent sharpness and clarity. Excellent use of the flash. Good colours.

Now thats the way to do it!
The clarity of those eyes is incredible.
It seems to be difficult to get much DOF with these macro shots (my camera only does F/8) but you don't really need much.
Detail here is amazing!
