I think you Have your Ident wrong , I believe it is a Griffon vulture a now rare european resident, worth looking up on the net and adding to your all to brief note.

Hi
This looks like a juvenlie White-backed vulture - Gyps Africanus. Note the streaked breast, the dark eye, but it may also be a Eurasian Griffon, Gyps Fulvus, the light skin around the eye throws me. Nice shot, just watch cropping the feet.

Great photo. Looks like he is wearing a smoking jacket with a fur lined colour. Quite the look on his face also.
