Hi Valerie, this is a very good shot of the swan. So close and sharp too. It is a bit noisy as it has quite a few dots showing in the water, but the colours are good. Thank you,
Janice.

Hello Valerie,
Very nice capture.POV,framing,lighting and
composition are wonderful.TFS, welcome on Tn.

Good capture of the swans head :o) The workshop works well to, lossing the feet of the over bird :o)
I hope the threat of the bird flu doesn't reach you town, as these are truely wonderful birds :o)

Hi Valerie,
Very nice capture you have here. I also like the workshop.
you have done so very well with so few photos..i salute you...
this one is the old birds eye type shot which is how a bird should be photographed...front shots tend to confuse
even the water on the head here is sharp
you are getting your moneys worth out of that camera
thanks

Very good portrait. The composition is great with a good POV and BG that all compliment the subject and the sharpness and detail are exceptional. TFS,

Very detailed closeup shot Valarie. even water droplets are clearly visible. It looks like the bird is concerned over your closeness while you take this picture. The expression in its eyes seems to be like that. I experienced the same thing when I tried to take the picture of the peacock. He was so cautious when a bunch of us went close to snap him.
Thanks for visiting my collection.
Good one.

Hello Valerie,
Just don't know how could I miss this wonderful picture. The profile of this swan just perfect. I don't worry much about noise and the reflection. Very well done.

Hi Valerie.
I love your swan so much. You have done this shot excellently. The strong sunlight is a matter of some difficulty. You managed with such difficult lighting nicely. Sharpness and details are great too. Pose of the swan is amazing as well as your POV. Superb done and TFS. I have worked above a background a bit. Do not pay to this attention : )). My compliments and TFS.
Alexei.
