Hi Thorsten.
It is also impressive picture. Captured scene is amazing and touching. All birds are reproduced perfectly at very expressive state. I am also amazed with reproduction of swan plumage (as well as all other details of course). DOF is great. All birds are in focus and water surface (which is very attractive) is blurred nicely (quite a bit). My compliments and TFS.

Hi Thorsten,

Very nice scene. "Out of my way" or what does this courageous grebe say to the big swan? Or is it talking to the young chicks, that they should no longer climb up?
The composition and sharpness is also just right. It is amazing how small the grebe looks in contrast to the big swan.
