[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
In the last days, insect life was 'exploding' ...
... and immediately many species start with reproduction: Beetles, flies and bugs.
So in the next days, I will present some more couples - but of different species.

The picture shows a couple of the bug
- Palomena prasina
- family: Pentatomidae
German: Grüne Stinkwanze

Species information
P. prasina belongs to the more common tree bugs in Europe but becomes rarer in the northern parts.
The species can be found on several tree species such as Tilia and Alnus but also on thistles and stinging nettles.
Body length: about 13 mm.
Similar species: Palomena viridissima.
