The shaprness of your picture is very good, with a very nice POV.
However in your picture it seems that the female looks not as happy as the male:)

Hallo Sabine,

spannend, spannend, das Bild. Der seltene und kurze Moment, wo das Weibchen aktiv die Spermien aus dem sekundären Genitalapparat des Männchens tankt ! Die Tiere sind schon vor diesem Akt im Paarungsrad vereint, aber hier geht es evolutiv zur Sache:" Female choice". Ich habe so etwas im Detail noch nie gesehen, alles geht schnell und oft im Flug. Du lieferst hier einen wissenschaftlichen und künstlerischen Beitrag der ersten Güte ab. Dafür meinen herzlichen Dank!

Wowwww... amazingly high quality capture of a pair of black-tailed skimmer in love on a fantastic coloured leaf bed:) from an impressive POV. I am sure you will flare up the dragonfly boom thanks to this impressive shot:)) you are serve as trendspreader:))) in the scene:)). The colours, composition, exposure and sharpness are all great! i also share with Hans's opinions on happiness of the sexes:))). Of course this is going to my theme of favorites!

A quite difficult position (of love) :)

Wonderful macro capture from this dragonfly couple with marvelous details! The colors of the dragonflies are very well shown and perfectly natural. The sharpness and POV are great and the contrast between the blurry gold colored BG and the blue-colored dragonflies, is simply well done.

Liebe Sabine,
Als ich den Titel des Bildes las, musste ich doch schmunzeln, wäre dies doch eher ein tête-à-qu.... Mir gefällt die schöne Farbgebung und der Blickpunkt, den Du gewählt hast. Auch ist das Zusammenspiel von Grün und Blau immer so gefällig. Komposition und Bildschärfe, wie immer sehr gut.Ich hatte viele solcher Szenen früher fotografiert, habe aber leider alles im letztjährigen Crash verloren.
Ich wünsche Dir eine schöne Woche und hab Dir Sorg!
