Hi Helmut
this is a great picture suffering a bit from a very nervous bg, I tried a ws to get a more uniform bg mainly by copying and pasting the more blurred parts of the bg over the contrasty parts. This is quite a heavy post-processing and you might not like to change a picture that much, I still think as far as you do not touch the main subject and only working on bg it's still ok but this is up to every single photographer to use it or not
