OOps! Don't fall down!
Such nice colors and details in this picture! I think the flash did a good job in this picture, and it didn't appear flat as most pictures with flash would. Good choice of f20 to give a good DOF for the whole insect.

Wow, what a unique point of view, Sabine! You create magic with your camera, young lady!
The picture of the underside of this wasp is like the most vivid map of its anatomy -- something which normal human eye cannot see that clearly in my opinion.
Just a super picture that cannot be appreciated in a few stilted words.

Hi Sabine,

Superb close up shot, the pose is great with the Wasp clinging on tight as you can see the underside perfectly, I like his antenea they look like a couple of meal worms, the detail is so sharp and the clean and the colours are perfect.

Hallo Sabine,
wunderbar scharfes Bild von dieser kleinen turnerisch begabten Wespe. Die 'Fühlhörner' und die 'Gangfüße' (uralte Ausdrücke aus vergangenen zoolog. Epochen) kommen besonders gut! Eine sichere Identifizierung ohne die Rückenzeichnung zu kennen ist (?fast?) unmöglich.

tolles Makro-Bild von dieser Wespe, die dort wirklich toll sitzt und sich festklammert. Die Schärfe ist überzeugend und die Details sind toll zu erkennen. Der Bildaufbau sieht interessant aus. Der Hintergrund lenkt nicht vom eigentlichen Bild ab.

Hallo Sabine,
komme doch noch kurz auf´n Spung nach TN. Tolles Makro von dieser kleinen Wespe. Irgendwie hat die ganz andere Augen als wie die, die ich kenne. Sieht so richtig putzig aus. Sehr guter Bildaufbau, sehr gute Schrärfe und sehr gut ausgeleuchtet. Danke für das tolle Makro.

noch eine kleiner Ergänzung. Ich glaube, Deine Wespe ist eine Französische Feldwespe (Polistes dominulus). Bin über ein anders Fotoforum darauf gestoßen.
