Neotinea lactea (Poir.) R.M.Bateman, Pridgeon & M.W.Chase, 1997
Family: Orchidaceae
Neotinea lactea is a wild orchid of Cretan flora (10-20 cm heigh)very common in many regions of Greece and in Mediterranean basin. It is found on sunny places either on rocky hills and uncultivated land either in cultivated olives and vines. Its petal are milky colored with many red spots with a pleasant fragrance.
This was collected from my organic vineyard.
