Dear friends I came back for few days after a 49 days in local hospital due to a sudden attack from leukemia on 4 July. Fortunately there were good prepositions for therapy and now I am in the first stage of recovery. I need some time more. I will come back after full recovery

Nice to see a post from you once again, and a beautiful one at that. I will be looking forward to the day you are able to post regularly. In the mean time take care of yourself and don't rush your recovery time. I will be praying for you as you body strengthens each day.
Today I'll not say anything about your picture.
Just take care yourself and get well soon. I shall wait for your macro pictures with flash :-)
Firstly and most importantly we all wish you speedy and full recovery, and of course we're waiting for your full comeback when you think the time's there. The photo's lovely, great playing with lights and shadows, plus pleasant composition using the rule of thirds perfectly. Sharpness and depth are excellent, too. I must say this is one of your best images so far. Bravo!
Kind regards from Ireland, László
