Moment of liftoff

I was trying to get the moment when it flies away but didn't really manage to get "the" moment, this one is I think closer to the moment before liftoff. Anyway I liked the pose captured here that's why I chose this frame.
Sometimes I'd need a faster body to catch exactly the moment I'd like to.. and more and more, I miss AF.. never had a lens with af on this body excluding the kit lens but I don't use that too much, only for landscapes where mf is just as good.
But enough of my problems, enjoy the picture if you like it! :)

Well, this is to capture the moment! ... This butterfly looks like it will fly! ... good job, good angle. A beautifully blurred background and foreground with much relevance.

Hi Andor,

Beautiful macro shot of the adorable butterfly! The sharpness is crisp and the POV and DOF are very well managed. The colors are at their best, simlutaneously a great contrast exists between the butterfly's colors and the bright dark magenta color of the flower.

Szia Andor!

Élvezem, mert szeretem. :) Kitűnő kép, a színvilág is remek (ezúttal bejön nekem is a fehér-egyensúly - a WS nem tetszik). Remekül fókuszáltál, a virág és a pillangó is éles. A fajokat tekintve rézvirág (Zinnia elegans) és nagy gyöngyházlepke (Argynnis paphia), vagy valamely közeli rokona.

Szerintem jobban jártál, hogy még "álló" helyzetben kaptad el a lepkét, 1/250 túl hosszú lett volna egy "repülős" fotóhoz. Így meg minden tökéletes.
