An older photo, from my first summer in Ireland... I love to photograph "weeds" (I'd prefer calling them plants with ruderal life strategy), and here's one of the loveliest ones: Musk Mallow (Malva moschata), a rather common species in Ireland.
Photo was shot on the Curraheen riverside, in shutter priority exposure mode. PP was limited to minimal level adjustment and re-sharpening after re-sizing.

Hi Laszlo,very impressive macro,it thought to the big flowers of Alcea rosea opening the pic,a great close up very sharp and bright and in effect one of the most beautiful wild flowers of our countries. Have a nice week and thanks,Luciano
