The Short-Tailed Blue or Tailed Cupid (Cupido argiades) is a butterfly in the family Lycaenidae. It is found from Central Europe to Japan. The butterfly flies from May to September depending on the location. The larvae feed on Fabaceae species, especially Lotus uliginosus.

Hello Luciano,
Beautiful Blue species. Quite well captured this natural habitat scene. BG looks nice and details on butterfly are also eye catching. Perfect vertical framing.

Flowers look bit OE, but not such distracting here.

Hello Luciano,
A beautiful specimen displayed in an attractive vertical composition. Tac sharp focus and bright vivid colors. I love the tiny trailing tails on these little butterflies.
