Hello Stefano,

Fantastic capture of this purple emperor. All images are equally good, although I give the prize to Image #2. It is of the most difficult angle and gives us superior information as to this species habitat & food preferences. These aspects of wildlife photography are often overlooked in preference for the 'money/magazine shot' with the subject sitting unobscured from vegetation and with perfectly blurred background. Although these images focus the most concentration on the subject's features - there is a price to pay in the loss of natural ambience.

Fantastic shot with perfect focus & superb hues - very well done on all three compositions!

Regards,

Derek

Hello Stefano,
No doubt a splendid image. It is a perfect photo taken from a good POV.
The details and colors of this nice butterfly are are fantastic. Difficult capture.
I try many times to catch this blue colors....but only in the sun light it is possible!
Thanks for sharing!
Marius.

Hello Stefano,
Great photo of this butterfly in superb sharpness and details. Very beautiful colours, also in the natural environment. Very good POV, DOF and composition.
Regards,
Peter

Preferico questa, ambientata, come da tuo stile. Ed anche perchè, rispetto alle altre questa ha più dettaglio. Forse, in tutte, manca un po' di contrasto. Colori invece spettacolari.
