Hallo Peter
Indeed a colour explosion!
Now this is what I call a excellent macro!
Everything is just so pretty and I can say a lot of beautiful things about this gorgeous macro. BUT I will keep it short and sweet: BRILLIANT PHOTOGRAPHY
Thanks for sharing. Best regards.

Hello Peter,
Nice to see you posting again!
Normally I would say that this is a top quality image illustrating a fresh male alciphron in a fine way, but it also illustrates how sharpening can over-emphasise the white parts and can even make white hairs look like small wires.
I have tried an experiment in the WS and reduced the sharpness of the white areas. What do you think?
Thanks for sharing this,
Best wishes,

Hello Mr.Peter Ross,
Excellent picture of this species.Needless to say about your colour and sharpness, because it's outstanding.Beautiful shadow of butterfly on the white flower has made it splendid and natural.Blurry BG helps to concentrate on the subject.

hallo Peter
