Hello Silvio,
A beautiful shot of this attractive Comma Butterfly with fully opened wings. Your close-up view gives us a good look at the unique marking and vivid colors in it's wings. Focus is sharp and exposure is just right. Great job!!
I didn't see as many butterflies this year like I normally do, which may be the result of a decrease in clover fields being planted. We were surrounded by corn and soybeans which brought plenty of deer, but no pretty butterflies.
