The Short-Tailed Blue or Tailed Cupid (Cupido argiades) is a butterfly in the family Lycaenidae. It is found from Central Europe to Japan. The butterfly flies from May to September depending on the location. The larvae feed on Fabaceae species, especially Lotus uliginosus.

Yes this is the smallest, these days seen here but very active and fast so I don't follow and you did well nice and perfect.

Probably the smallest species, but you managed to capture the butterfly very well, with open-wing position. Sharpness and DoF are both great, and I also like the off-centered composition a lot. Excellent photo, congratulations!
