Hello Andrea, I am sorry I can't help you with the id of this caterpillar. But I like your composition. I had never seen one like that before. Maybe you could filter the noise to improve your image. The POV and DOF is good. Thanks for sharing, Gabriel

Hello Andrea,
It seems very little creature, I've checked my insect book's caterpillar section, but I didn't find it unfortunately! This macro is very well, especially I like the bg with phosphorus green! Thank you.

Hi Andrea,
Nice capture. The frame is well balanced and the DOF gives the image an almost abstract look.

Hi Andreea,

is a nice composition.
in the first place this is not a real caterpillar (is not from a butterflies). it is the larva of some reprezentant of the order Hymenoptera - Symphita - Tenthredinoidea (what family and species i don't know).

anyway the difference between a real caterpillar and this the butterfly larva have a maximum of 5 pair of flase legs. This group of hymenopteran have more than 5.

hope this help, cosmln

Ma quante me ne sono perse!!!???
Tu riesci a buttar dentro foto con continuitą.... io sono proprio incasinato....
