Hi Cacco,
DOF could be an issue here. One way or another though the image is really good; due to the lighting, sharp areas, depth and bright colors...I don't know:-)

This is an unbelievable image!
I like a lot the artist effect created here, thanks to the use of a very narrow DOF.
Details on the head and the trump are amazing, so clear and focused, and then, everything else become OOF, giving a very good sense of movement and color to the image.
The illumination is also remarkable here.
